Q, Can we get married or have a large party at Terra Meade?
A, Our septic system has a limited capacity and our use permit will not allow more than 20 people on the property. We are fortunate to have wonderful neighbors who we respect their desire for peace and quiet of our rural setting.
Q, How many people will the place sleep?
A, Main house sleeps 6 adults or up to 10 people including children, Guest cottage sleeps 4 Adults and one child in the day bed.
Q, Can I use a credit card?
A, Yes, we accept Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX
Q, Do we need to pay anything up front to secure our reservation?
A, Yes, first nights rental upon booking, and final payment due in full 30 days prior to arrival.
Q, Do we need to put up a security deposit?
A, If payment is made by cash or check, a security deposit will be required, if payment is made by credit card, no security deposit will be required.
Q, How do I find the place?
A, Complete directions are available under the “maps” tab on the web site.
Q, Can we bring pets to the property?
A, NO PETS and NO SMOKING are allowed in or about the Property.
Q, What is your cancellation policy?
A, Cancellations made prior to 60 days before the Arrival Date will be approved with a full refund, less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations made 60 days or less before the Arrival Date will not be approved unless the Owners are able to rent the Property for the same dates.
